1. Try using another key from another window

Most windows share the same key and the key may still be in another window lock. Check all windows to see if there is a key and see if it fits the lock on the locked window you can't open.

If the window is broken and air is getting in to your property then please try and board the window and make secure. Then report repair and we will replace the pane. |
