Turn off the water to the toilet by using the isolator switch and report repair. You can still use the toilet in the meantime by switching on and off the water to the toilet until the plumber comes.

2. Turn stop cock off
If the leak is quite significant turn the water off by the stop cock. Watch the video on the left to see how to identify where the stop cock is and how to turn the water off. Then report repair.

TOILET NOT FLUSHING
1. Open cistern and unstick ball cock
Watch the video to open the cistern up by removing the lid. Once open pull up the ball cock and water should fill in to the cistern. If problem persists report repair.
2. Pour bucket of water
Pour bucket of water at steady speed to see if this flushes the contents of the toilet. Watch the video to show you how it's done. If problem persists report repair.
