Electric showers have a switch either outside of the bathroom or a pull cord switch. Check that the shower is on by locating the switch for the shower. An example of what a shower switch looks like is on the right.
2. Check consumer unit for tripped RCD
It may be that no power is going to the shower because an RCD has tripped. Check that all the RCD switches are pointing in the same direction.
